Listing Terms and Conditions

Before you consider listing your property free on Orlando Villa Lettings, please be advised that you must first read and agree to our listing Terms and Conditions below.

1. You agree to the booking terms and conditions set out by www.orlandovillalettings.com
2. You the owner will make sure that the reservation price that you set out for renting your property includes our 15% commission and all sales taxes.
3. You (the owner) have the right to accept or decline any booking made by Orlando Villa Lettings.
4. All owners who list their properties on Orlando Villa Lettings website, must submit proof of ownership and management company details.
5. Orlando Villa Lettings will contact the owner to check availability by either phone or email when we receive an enquiry for your villa.
6. If you (the owner) accept a booking from Orlando Villa Lettings, you must agree to keep your villa available for that period of the booking.
7. Once Orlando Villa Lettings have received a booking deposit, we will confirm the booking details with you (the owner).
8. It is in our booking policy that a guest must pay a £200 deposit or 20% deposit to secure any booking. You (the owner) agree that a 15% commission charge of the agreed rental rate plus any credit card or paypal charges incurred on the booking deposits (£200 or 20%) only will be retained by Orlando Villa Lettings. Future credit card or paypal changes on the balance remaining will be paid by the guest.
9. Orlando Villa Lettings will send information to the customer regarding directions and access to you villa. You (the owner) must ensure that you have provided Orlando Villa Lettings with the correct information in terms of directions and access procedure. Orlando Villa Lettings must provide this information each time we secure a reservation for your villa.
10. Orlando Villa Lettings will collect a security deposit of £200 each time Orlando Villa Lettings secure a reservation for your villa. If you(the owner) request a security deposit to be held due to any damage caused by a guest to your villa, then you(the owner) must provide photographic evidence with the date shown clearly on the image, from your management company with 24-48 hours of the departure date. Any legal action to obtain any further monies must be taken by you (the owner). Orlando Villa Lettings will be happy to provide the guests deails to the owner.
11. If no damage has occured to your villa, then Orlando Villa Lettings will return the security deposit to the guest within 14-21 days.
12. Orlando Villa Lettings will be in control of all bookings generated through the Orlando Villa Lettings website. No direct contact information may be placed anywhere on your listing page, other than specifically requested.
13. If there is any accidental/intentional damage caused to your villa, Orlando Villa Lettings will require your management company to provide a full report on the damage caused.
14. Orlando Villa Lettings reserves the right to remove any listing that deems to false or incorrect.
15. Orlando Villa Lettings reserves the right to remove any listing that has received complaints regarding maintenance or poor condition of the villa.
16. If you (the owner) sell your villa after accepting the agreement of a reservation then you are responsible to return all deposit payments in full to the renter. Orlando Villa Lettings will not be held responsible for returning their 15% commission charge from the payment.
17. All reservations taken within 8 weeks of the arrival date will be paid in full to Orlando Villa Lettings. Once Orlando Villa Lettings has received these monies, then we will deduct our 15% commission charge.
18. If reservation has been paid for in full, then Orlando Villa Lettings will deduct our 15% commission charge and forward the remainder of cleared funds to you (the owner).
19. Orlando Villa Letings will send out all the information for guest to locate and access your home, Please be assured this information will only be passed to the guest once full payment has been received and cleared by Orlando Villa Lettings it will also be held in the strictest confidence on our secure server. Orlando Villa Lettings must be provide this information each time we make a reservation for your home.
20. You (the owner) must warrant and accept that the information with regard to the property listed is accurate.
21. All monies will be colected by Orlando Villa Lettings and then payments will be forwarded directly to you (the owner) on cleared funds being recieved.
22. All Deposit Payments will be sent to you (the owner) once cleared funds have been recieved by Orlando Villa Lettings.
23. All Payments will be made to you (the owner)  prior to the guest arrival at your villa.
24. Any legal action to be taken against the Renter will be the responsibility of you (the owner), Orlando Villa Lettings will provide full contact details of the Renter.
25. Sales and Tourist Tax is the Responsibility of  the home Owner.
26. It is the responsibility of the home owners to keep all villa details updated including access and management details, Orlando Villa Lettings accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies.
